For online orders, we accept returns in new condition with original tags attached for a refund. Once we receive the package, we will deduct the return shipping cost and refund you the difference to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Please note that all discounted and/or sale items are final sale.

For in store purchases, all items are final sale. All online orders must be returned online and in store purchases must be returned in store.

Items purchased via pre-order are not eligible for refunds prior to shipment. Pre-order items will be shipped based on dates noted in the item listing. Return/Exchange terms apply once items have shipped.

Returns Process

It is super easy for you to return or exchange an item. 

For your return, please:

  1. Email info@erikaschrieber.com with Return Request in the subject line. Include your order number and reason for return in the body of the email. We will respond with a Return Authorization form and a prepaid shipping label.
  2. Put anything you don’t want in a box with the completed Return Authorization form.
  3. Stick the prepaid label on the box.
  4. Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label postmarked within 7 calendar days from the day you received your shipment.

We’ll take it from there. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. It can take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you a confirmation email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

* Please only send returns using our prepaid shipping labels so that we can track your package. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

 

Exchange Process

For your exchange, please:

  1. Email info@erikaschrieber.com with Exchange Request in the subject line. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and desired replacement item in the body of the email.
  2. We will contact you at the phone number provided during your purchase to confirm details before processing the return.
  3. We will send you an Exchange Authorization form and a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Put anything you don’t want in a box with the completed Exchange Authorization form.
  5. Stick the prepaid label on the box.
  6. Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label postmarked within 7 calendar days from the day you received your shipment.
 Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge one time.

When will I get my refund?

Can I return Final Sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return. We can donate it for you, or you can request to have it shipped back at your expense.

Can I return stuff I bought online at a store or vice versa?

Sorry, not right now! Please return the stuff you buy online through our easy return process, and the stuff you buy in­-store back to the store. We are working on the technology to get this done in the future.

 

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US ground shipping orders and charge a $20 expedited 2 day shipping fee.

Ground orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement date.

We send packages with no signature required via USPS. If you would like request that a signature be required, please do so in the notes section when you place your order. Erika Schrieber is not responsible for replacing lost/damaged items.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Promotions/Sales
We periodically will discount and move items into our ends/sale sections when it has low inventory and we do not have plans to restock it due to material availability or seasonality. If you see something in the ends, don’t wait around to buy it. Discounts are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.

In addition, our items are not eligible for price adjustments after an item goes on sale and sale prices are subject to change.

Although infrequent, if we do have a promotion code available, the code does not apply to any previously discounted items or previously placed orders.
